For some services (like MSME/GST, licences, registrations), we may work as a facilitator/consultant and rely on government portals or third‑party platforms, which can affect speed and outcome.

5. Refunds and Cancellations (No Refund Policy)

At present, CK World does not operate any general refund or return policy for its services.

  • All payments made for services, subscriptions, consultation, or digital work are non‑refundable, once the work has started or access has been provided.

  • This applies to, but is not limited to: web design and development, hosting, SEO/digital marketing campaigns, IVR setup, business consultation, MSME/GST‑related services, student/UpSkill services, and any other project fees.

  • If you decide to stop, cancel, or not use the service after payment, the amount already paid will not be refunded.

  • In rare and exceptional situations where a refund is required by applicable law, we will handle it on a case‑by‑case basis and only to the extent required by that law.
